Development of addition to existing public health club. Project involved the ground-up construction of an indoor swim center. Services included master schedule development, contract administration, team coordination and presentations on behalf of the City of Newark.

Rehabilitation of three Fire Stations and the Fire Department Administration buildings. Services included master schedule development, contract administration, team coordination and direction on behalf of the City of Santa Cruz Fire Department.

Santa Cruz, CA - City Hall Campus Renovations l Value: $4,300,000

Multi-phase rehabilitation project for historic City Hall facilities and office space over the course of three years. Services included master schedule development, contract administration, team coordination and presentations on behalf of the City of Santa Cruz. Buettner, Inc., also provided Construction Management services for first two phases of program.

Multi-phase project which included the relocation of a historic structure. Services included design review, contract administration, team coordination and presentations on behalf of the City of Santa Cruz.

Development of Facilities Master Plan followed by upgrade and modernization of a former military maintenance building.
